Only last night I was reading that only 34% of people in Switzerland wear a cycling helmet when riding their bicycle - a figure that sounds very plausible based on my own observations. That's only 1 in 3 people. I'm genuinely shocked by this. Why? Why not wear a helmet?? Will it squish your hair? Will it make you look daft? Personally, I think you look daft without one, sorry.
And then this morning, during my blog browsing I read this. Meghann's sister's LIFE was saved by her helmet. Check out the picture. Imagine that was your HEAD and WEAR A HELMET. Please.
Actually, having read this absolute horror today, perhaps we women need to wear helmets ALL THE TIME just in case men don't approve of what we're wearing! Have we not moved on at all???
